Can an old test bench be modernised?

Yes. We take over existing benches, hardware and software alike, and ETS SHADOW® lets you control an old bench with current technology.

Do I need to know how to code to use ETS SHADOW®?

Not for simple configurations: you assemble pre-coded blocks without writing code. Python remains available as an option for advanced cases.

Which equipment and protocols are supported?

The list of compatible protocols, power supplies, cyclers, chambers, load cabinets and I/O modules is detailed in the ETS SHADOW brochure, available on the Software page. Any test equipment that communicates can be integrated.

Do you work on site?

Yes. We work on site for commissioning, maintenance and upgrades of test benches, and remotely for day-to-day support.

How does a remote support hour bank work?

You get a block of hours to use as needed for programming, debugging or troubleshooting remotely. We fix a blocking issue in under an hour. Unused hours in an hour bank are not invoiced.

Can you give a demonstration?

Yes, a demonstration of ETS SHADOW® on your own use case, with no commitment.
